Water ring pelletizing could avoid the problem of strand broken during the processing period. The shape of the produced pellets would be same with the virgin resin; therefore it makes the mixing process smoother in the blowing machine due to having nearly same melting speed of the pellets.
This machine is only suitable for clean film. If the waste material is too dirty, then a double-section extruder with a straight-connected design must be adopted.
