Gearbox: using forced lubrication, gear second-grade grinding, high torque, low noise, and longer lifespan. Vacuum vent device: able to remove the moisture and gas to ensure the quality of pellets. Heating system: using PID control and computerized automatic calculation in order to get accurate temperature setting value with low tolerance. Cooling system: the barrel is cooling by oil or water; the screw is cooling by oil temperature controller, but it depends on customer's requirement. Electric control system: adopting human interference or computerization. Special screw configuration is designed to get better mixing and kneading effect.
