The model Y3150E and Y3180HA General-purpose Gear Hobbing Machine are capable of cutting spur and helical gears, worm wheels and short spline shafts in one-off, small-scale and a large-scale production.
The machine features reasonable construction, high rigidity, less thermal deformation, running in high speed and being able to work under heavy cutting load, consistent accuracy, easy operation, and simple setup. It can work in the conventional or climb method. It is equipped with an automatic shut-down device, safety-securing mechanisms and an automatic lubricating system.
