After years of research and development, we have successfully built the professional friction type saw grinding machine. Our saw grinding machine includes the highly efficient rod arrangement, letting the operator to easily adjust between the tooth cutting angle, the backlash angle, tooth depth, and tooth pitch. Additionally, the adjustable saw blades, which obtained patent in many countries, can be used to adjust the thickness of the saw grinding machine’s blades, eliminating the need to manually adjust the thickness of the blade as well as reduce the saw grinding machine’s noise.
The saw sharpening machine is different from other grinders with its Continuously Variable Speed Drilling function. Our saw sharpening machine uses the highly effective vertical grinding method. By using the converter to control the grinding speed, the required grinding speed can be adjusted according to the tooth pitch difference.
Computer simulation and professional tooth profile cam on our saw sharpening machine make the grinding simpler, faster and more accurate.
Saw Sharpening Machine adapts spheroid graphite ductile iron (FCD-45) and with the temper treatment to ensure accuracy and increase the wear resistance. The saw blade grinder SKD11 is composed mainly of high-carbon steel and has been heat-treated and grinded. The pushing arm spring has also been improved by using the rotary spring so the flexibility fatigue rarely happens and ensures the accurate feed.
Saw sharpening machine’s feeding support base is made of high-strength alloy of copper material, buried in the solid lubricant. Its high-load and high wear-resistant design can achieve the performance without oil supply requirement. The axis of the feed shaft is ψ30mm, which also has been heat treated and grinded.
