Feature:

• Barrier flight screw design to give the best mixing effect.
  
• Extruder die of spiral type and hard chrome plated to give best and smooth molten material flow, swing type screen changer may choose to reduce labor work.
  
• Rotary die head could be added to help distribute gauge variation to obtain smooth film roller, with 358 degree oscillating design to give free maintenance.
  
• All take off steel roller in contact with eater made of stainless steel for rusty proof.
  
• Winder of center reel type design with torque motor to give proper tension control.
• Or, auto tension drive to added for more accurate tension control.
  
• Line speed synchronized from the 1st take off motor till the wind up motor which adjust from one switch to increase and decrease total line speed.
