Double Head - High Speed Blown Film Line
High Speed Double Head Blown Film Line is a specially designed model for the most economic blown film line. Simply design, suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE plastic resin.
The extruder is special designed as twin head for producing small size of tubular film, which could save material and reduce production cost as well. The bubble cooling is very well, and it could get even film thickness.
It is a combination of two sets of machines into one set, take up unit and winding unit also designed as double line in accordance with double extruding die, yet all could be cooperated individually. Small area is occupied, easy and convenient operation simple maintenance, and with high and excellent output.
