What is FKI's products? |

FKI is making all kinds of plastic extrusion processing machinery.
1. Blow moulder, HDPE, PP, PC & ABS mono layer till 3 layer co-extrusion.
Bottle from 100ml till 1,000 liter.
All kinds of hollow shape industrial articles.
2. Blown film line, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE & PP mono layer till 3layer co-extrusion tubular film width from 200mm upto 7 meter.
3. T-die cast film line, PE, PP or Nylon/Evoh mono layer till 5 layer co-extrusion film width from 1,000mm till 2,500mm line speed 200 M/min. & 300 M/min.
4. Sheet extrusion line, ABS, PC, PE, PP, PMMA mono layer till 5 layer co-extrusion sheet width from 600mm upto 2,000mm.
5. Extrusion lamination machine.
For paper, flexible packaging film, woven fabric & etc.Coating width from 1,200mm upto 2,500mm.
Working speed from 120 M/min. till 350 M/min.
6. All kinds of plastic recycle machinery. |

Yes, we always provide the operation manual and shipped along with the machine.
With operation manual, you may find safety precaution, description of machine, transport, assembly, dismantling, operation, adjustment, maintenance and trouble shooting etc. |

Do you provide the spare parts? |

Yes, one lot of spare parts which are easily wear & tear will be provided as free of charge, such as oil seal and oil ring, fuse, etc.
The list of the spare parts will be also showed in the order confirmation. |

Why the pressure of the extruder is too high? |

The screen is blocked up.

The cooler is blocked up, so the water can't recycle.

Check the fuse first, then check the circuit is short or not.

Why there are some wrinkle on the film? |

The gap between the rolls are asymmetrical.

a. The pre-heat time is too long.
b. The setting of the resin isn't adaptable. Adjust the setting of the temperature. |
