High-quality ball screw of feed-axe with Mitsubishi PLC and Yaskawa sevorcontrol, working process is stable and precision.
The design of controller panel is user-friendly. Working parameter set up step by step on the controller panel, it is easy to use for operator.
Slide ways are hot-treatment to hardness HRC 50 and ground way are based on mechanic cast iron. The opposite ways and gibs are all Turcite-B plated with hand scraped bearing surface.
The enhanced ribs in the major construction provide the excellent rigidity for drilling big size of holes.
With special design in fixture device( hydraulic clamp or hydraulic V-type supporter), set up workpieces are faster and easier.
With outer-controller and MPG, operator uses the machine very convenient.
Automatic lubrication pump is provided as standard accessory to ensure all bearing surface and screws are well lubricated.
Four filtration systems ( paper filter, magnetic separator, filtration can and oil & chip spearator) are standard accessories to keep the oil clean.
The excellent design of oil flow cycle provides plentiful oil to lower the temperature of drilling and drill smoothly.
