The encruster automatically forms the products with inner filling into the prifile of choice such as ball, long bar or pillow shape.The ratio of filling and casing is fully adjustable as is the size and length of product.
It is also easy to disassemble for cleaning & operation every components. Filling can be bean paste,chocolate paste, fruit jam, peanut powder, minced meat, sesame paste etc.
