Model HM-001B was designed to specialize in Bakery, Confectionery and Snack Foods.It is compact for installment and has 3 functions of dividing, forming and filling in one process.The encruster automatically forms the products with inner filling into the profile of choice such as ball, long bar or pillow shape. The ratio of filling and casing is fully adjustable as is the size and length of product.It is also easy to disassemble for cleaning & operation every components. Filling can be bean paste, chocolate paste, fruit jam, peanut powder, minced meat, sesame paste etc.
