Sealing & Cutting Machine
1. With "cold cut design" the sealing bars and cutting blade are not synchronized movement, so these "HP - DBS" series machines are only efficient for the making of thin gauge plain bags.
2. With upper & lower (double deck) sealing sections is good for the mass production of thin gauge plain bags (can produce 2, 4 & 6 lines of plain bags at the same time, depending on the bag's width & the machine's width).
3. All the temperature controllers are with "lower than pre - set temperature" alarm function to ensure the finished bags' quality.
4. The two sealing bars are reversible, one side with single sealing line for making bottom sealed bags (top open bags), the other side with two sealing lines (to seal the bags on top & bottom) for making semi - products of t - shirt bags.
5. The cutting blades are all SKH 3 material.
