Features:

• The JAQ mechanism modules are directly imported from Staubli. The weave taps are connected to the jacquard thread sets with quick link for easy assembly and disassembly.
• The weft opening styles on the machine match the opening styles of the JAQ mechanism.
• The tool handles are attached and driven by the AT5 steel-woven belt and capable of synchronous movements.
• The rotation speed of the weave tap transmission input shafts: MAX RPM=600.
• The patented M5 module ensures the connection between the lifting mechanism and the harness. Sealed with composite materials, the M5 module is wear-resistant and consumes very little energy. To meet the high-speed and load requirements imposed by narrow fabric production, the module is fitted with a crossbeam equipped with two ball bearings. The dual-roller, integrated in the module, facilitates assembly and disassembly of the harness cords it is equipped with a Quick Link.
