High Speed Braiding Machine

The high speed braiding machine manufactured by our company adopts the most advanced technology of phase inverter on the motor, which is very easy to control the high or low rotation of the motor speed. A porcelain guide is put on the carrier hole is very good to change the threads easily and also suitable for various kinds of the materials such as p.p., polyester, cotton, metallic yarn, copper, bronze, stainless-steel, galvanized-steel, aluminum...,ect. The high quality products can be produced from our high speed braiding machine easily. If the inner threads are used, an automatic feeder is used to feed the materials evenly and it can be properly fitted for any size of inner threads. When the inner threads are completely fed or any yarn is broken, the machine will stop automatically. Even though no one works on the machine, the machine can still run smoothly, which is very favorable to increase the production capacity and save the labor cost.
