Sand Casting Parts
By forming a mold with a sand mixture material, the sand casting part is produced after put the molten liquid metal into the cavity in the mold. The liquid metal will become solid when the mold becoming cooler.

The surface finish can be polished, zinc, nickel or chrome plating etc. The sand casting part will speed up the production because it makes the molding process simplified.
