Feeding Unit:
The rubber feed rolls are spring loaded to give zero crush on the board.
The required size of the side guides is pre-set, they are linked together and set from the central. Fine adjustment can be made by pressing the button on the control panel.
The pre-set distance of the kicker plate and rear check plate are synchronized. Fine adjustment can be made by pressing the button on the control panel.
The feed unit has a suction assist system. Suction can adjust to accommodate different types of warped board.
Also featured is a skip feed function to increase the blank size feed into the machine.

Semi - Auto Feeder:
The feeder turnover arms are controlled through a hydraulic system.
Side and front squaring device are controlled through a pneumatic system.
