Feeding Unit, Printer Unit

Feeding Unit:
The rubber feedrolls are pneumatic loaded to reduce board crush to an absolute minimum.
A suction fan assists in the feeding of each board. The speed can be adjusted to vary the suction depending on the warp of the board.
There is a skip feed function to manufacture large size carton.

Printer Unit:
Automatic warning signal when the ink is running low.
Print cylinder is fitted with a locking system which enables the printing dies to be quickly mounted and tensioned evenly to provide optimum print quality.
The unit is designed to zero register in unison with the feed and slot / crease units to speed up machine setting.
Pneumatic frame lock system to securely fix all machine units together.
