Creaser / Slotter Unit:
Slotting knives have a 360 degrees micro adjustment for leading and trailing blades by push button control. Enable adjustment to be made even when the machine is running.
The unit is designed to zero register in unison with the feed and slot / crease units to speed up machine setting.
Slot depth is set by manual operation of a single adjuster, all heads adjust in unison.
Each set of upper and lower slotting heads and creasing heads are lined and are manually adjusted. Accurate tool alignments is guaranteed.
All shafts are precision ground and chrome plated for long life.

Rotary Die Cut Unit:
Scoring depth micro adjusted by electric control.
Die cut cylinder has a matrix of holes and inscribed guidelines for easy and accurate fitting of the die forms.
Anvil cylinder automatically adjusted laterally and rapidly to even out anvil wear and extend life.
Die cut cylinder diameter is to international standard to suit all normal die forms.
Die cutting cover is designed to be easily removable.
