Powder Vacuum Conveyor

Powder vacuum convey is special for conveying of powder or granule. By means of vacuum breaking valve, reverse jet cleaning of bag filters operates in high speed and powder can be collected in high efficiency with capacity more than 1,300 liters/hr. Either single unit or multi-units being connected to serve as a central control distributing system is free and flexible for installation and allocation.

• For powder which particle size is larger than 60μ (300#), does not adhere together after being pressed and no deliquesced e.g. PVC powder, flour and calcium carbonate powder, etc.
• Single unit operation of multi-units being connected to serve as a central control distribution system are available.
• Automatic reverse jet cleaning of bag filters ensures a high performance of vacuum conveying.
• Think to vacuum breaking valve, it is quick for outlet and improves performance of reverse jet cleaning of bag filters.
• According to the properties of powder, air combination ratio can be adjusted with special air flow control unit.
