A Pai Lung striper machine combines important elements: output, technology and soul. The Pai Lung's latest Knitel technology has been applied on the ultra high-speed striper system for more reliable movement. The mechanism of the striper unit is refined design for high-speed cutting & trapping yarn to achieve the selection loss free in running. With the piezo actuator selecting system, the 4 color or 6 color striper system machine is able to act each striper action accurately. One thoughtful design in option is added for the count clockwise direction system in some twist yarn application.
The striper system is controlled by a LCD touch panel programmer. It includes the full input function of new striper program and revision; one controller memory device and a portable IC card are able to save striper program without loss. Additionally, several high value protection apparatus are equipped in the machine like the voltage stabilizer and UPS (un-interruptible power system) for any unpredicted happiness.
Not only good at the ultra high speed in production, especially in elastic yarn plating, this model also can support pique pattern structure in less rpm. Two-finger together function is offered in the striping control.
