Knitting Machine - Jersey Four - Track Three End Fleece Knitting Machine

Pai Lung fully understands the pleasure in knitting textile development; we help the customer in creating new fleece fabric.
Collecting from experience, Pai Lung has developed its PL-KS3B for different fleece requests - either cotton or polyester tie-in plating. Inside, the new design of premium knitting components and top-to-air technology help to define the Pai Lung's PL-KF3B craftsmanship and application range. Beneath the knitting head, the confidential knitting interaction and the customer oriented experience is added to the sense of well-being in operation.
Several PL-KF3B plating versions are ready to join the range as alternatives to the traditional full cotton three-end fleece model. According to customer's request, Pai Lung offers certain yarn length polyester tie-in plating, makes the mixture problem free on the fabric backside, and keeps its elastic character. These products are very beneficially in the processing cost down control. Even with normal cotton fleece, Pai Lung can also depend on market requests to make the best fleece supply in weight and character control of fabrics.
With even greater levels of quality, style and equipment, once again Pai Lung's fleece machine (PL-KF3B) satisfies demand, and redefines the standards in its class.
Fabrics & machine models:
Fabrics: 4 tracks , 3 track, pique, and diagonal herring bone fleece with or without brush processing. Weight range and fleece loop structure depends on customer's demand.
Yarn material: pure cotton, blend, and synthetic fibers etc.
