Knitting Machine - Rib Mesh Transferred Electronic Jacquard Knitting Machine With Individual Stitch
Targeting only the rib - mesh and changing loop-stitch features in the bodysize market, Pai Lung has developed a more economical, multi-feeders PL-KRTCJ/DJ-ISLAS machine. Its range is from 18" to 24" providing an adjustable stitch length system. It can be applied with cotton or synthetic yarn plating spandex.
The structure of this machine is based on the already successful rib-mesh full jacquard model PL-KRTCJ/DJ. We added stepping motors on two of three feeders to control the movable stitch cams. This makes different loop length in knitting operation.
The machine function to give an embroider like or 3-dimension knitting effect to create a clearer garment decoration. It also makes fabric for functional garment with breathable support that flexes with the body. The end garment fits close to the body. With PL-KRTCJ/DJ-ISLAS model, Pai Lung helps circular knitting customers create a new niche market in bodysize.
Pai Lung's design software, Pandora, an optional purchase, is functioned to design the jacquard pattern. It easily edits the pattern files you want for your designs. Its functions include copying, mirroring, enlarging or shrinking your pattern design. After making your pattern this information is loaded to a USB or disk to insert in the user friendly machine interface. Then the machine technology transfers this information to the Piezo three-way technology system making your rib-mesh pattern.
