Circular Knitting Machine - Woven Like Corduroy Function Circular Knitting Machine
In 2007, a revolution design is born from the Pai Lung's woven-like knitting model family- the corduroy function knitting machine PL-ASFC. It is the latest breakthrough product for the knitting fashion. Based from the patented technology in striper jacquard successfully in the industrial textiles, the advantages of new structure with the knitted corduroy performance can reach the new demands in the old time style fashion.
The knitted corduroy fabrics made from PL-ASFC can create tighter and little elastic effect. With certain yarns arranged and treatment, this new developed woven-like fabrics some features are able to be similar to or even better than traditional corduroy fabrics. With the advantage of lighter weight, breathable, and loops-fixed functions, this fabric can offer soft hand feeling and good wear ability in garment application.
In manufacturer's views, this fabric machine PL-ASFC lets our knitters easily make several types of knitted corduroy by cylinder gauge change only. Current knitting processes are able to make the fabric without extra investment.
Even so, every feats of PL-ASFC is very much a product of Pai Lung's woven-like technology. Our new resources and investment in the latest computer aided design and engineering facilities, in statistical process control and many other leading edge disciplines are ensuring that for perfect knitting processing in this new knitted corduroy manufacture only.
