The Pai Lung's K series represents a remarkable new concept that draws highly on original thinking in design and clever new advances in engineering. Internally, it applies Pai Lung's latest Knitel technology to a double jersey system in a redefined knitting head that's no longer an interlock only machine.
The main gear transmissions of the dial and cylinder in the double jersey machine are immersed in an oil bath. This design can deduce the running noise, energy loss, and worn out parts. It also provides higher operating RPM in production. The K frame design separates the frame oil and waste needle oil effectively for easy maintenance. The housing grooving structure can handle the long -term period of any heavy loading from the take up system.
When considering the various yarn material applications, the knitting head (featuring finely polished and perfectly hardened cams, perfect feeding angle of the carrier, and correct yarn tension in needle knock over) of a Pai Lung interlock machine can offer the best solution for different requests in knitting. The cam measuring screw is based on the driving principle of two closed faces. Accurate indication is able to give the knitting operator the ability to create exact patterns and weight.
Depending on the pattern structure in the different markets of the world, Pai Lung has several feeder number models, including PL-KD2B, PL-KD2.5B, and PL-KD3B series. With optional pattern cams supplied, the fabric structure can easily be pique or other complex patterns. The interlock machine can be from 18 gauge to fine 40 gauge. In 2+2 cam track type, fabrics that can be created are interlock , also ponti de roma, eight lock, double pique, single pique, wet ripple, and reversible etc. The 2+4 track cam arrangement system can produce pattern like twills, herringbone, creapes, double lacoste, vertical striper, and small pique etc. PL-KDB is a coarse gauge model, specializing in wool, coarse count yarn, and blend fabrics, and is even able to make single jersey design in some patterns.
