H.D. Cleaner
Purpose
This cleaner will clean up and remove such impurities as metal, sandy particles, etc. the density of which is greater than that of the pulp and to ensure the smooth processing of other subsequent operations.
The Principle of Separation
The design of this cleaner is based on the principle of the centrifugal force and the free turbine and the dynamic force comes from its pump. The pulp is being pressed in under the pressure of 2 - 2.5kg / cm² and further enter the tube from a cut angle to form a whirlpool before entering the glass awl body. When the pulp is flowing downward, its speed will be increased to close to the balancing central point and its centrifugal force will become comparatively higher. At this time, the impurities tend to flow outward and concentrated at the interior wall of the glass awl body. The impurities will then be separated from the pulp fiber at the balancing point. Pulp material of a good quality will move inward and upward and then flow out of the outlet. The impurities will then descend to the impurity through and be discharged.
The Method of Discharge
1. At the same time of turning the switch valve to "Exhaust", turn off the gate valve and open the discharge cap to clean up the unusual object.
2. Close the unusual discharge cap. Inject clean water through a water tube to wash the unusual object through.
3. When water starts to come out from the air exhaust hole, stop the water from flowing. Open the gate valve and turn the switch valve to "Water Supply".
4. Regulate the high pressure water flowing volume to the balancing section. The operation is thus completed.
5. If auto process is adopted for the discharge of unusual object, all the operation will be automatically controlled without any manual operation.
