PS and PH Screen

PH / PS screen these two new series can screen out the more difficult objects, such as hot melt, adhesive plastic, rubber and asphalt agglomerates. It operates with high consistency, so it can save energy and reduce many of the diluting and thickeing equipment.

Features:

• PH / PS is a closed type vertical pressure circular screen. The meshes for PH and PS are in round and slotted holes respectively.
• Able to be treated in high concentration and the highest concentrations for PH and PS are 4.0% and 2.8% respectively.
• The quantity to be treated is two or three times than the conventional types, thus lowering the power unit.
• The rotative speed of 20 - 25 m / sec. is two times than the conventional types, thus preventing clogging and getting the effect of best selection.
• PH / PS type is specially suitable for screen-selecting and removing the impurities such as hot melt adhensive films or paraffin wax particles, etc.
• Decrease the machinery equipment of prior and post - production.
