Small Size Pressure Screen Device
The first small size pressure screen which is installed in the continuous deinking trial mill had achieved great success.
The small pressure screen device is similar to the traditionally centrifugal pressure screen except the inlet is on the top cover of the device. The pulp is pressed into the chamber through the groove and hole of the screen cylinder. The bigger size crumb is gathered by the reject valve close the inlet.
The rotor of the device is cylindric and metal flaky, and mounted on the shaft of the motor directly. The shaft is horizontal and centrifugal located. The cover of the device is similar to the pump, mounted on the D flange of the motor.
