AR-1000 is constituted by 30~40HP(22.5KW~30KW) and with capacity 400~700kg/hr ( depend on different materials), and the inlet size is 1000*300MM.
It was design for waste PE film and thermosetting residues and bags. It also can handle for inline recycling, individual recycling.
It also can feed the material on both side ( front and back).
- Haul in material system has safety hanging to prevent breakdown the crushed material.
- Adjustable speed of roller can use frequency converter.
- Crushed material can blend the film into the auto loader and then do recycle.
- All kinds of plastic extruder machine can be coupled with Pulian's recycle system (Enclosed our photo as following).
