Features:
  • This unique system includes Main control Box (SP-1), Auto-Fryer(SP-2), Shortening Preheating Unit(SP-3), Shortening Storage Unit(SP-4), Shortening On-line circulating Filtration Unit(SP-5) Conveyer(SP-7).
    • Versatile Fryers with selectable type of converyer for different frying applications-The auto-lift design conveyer is easy for cleaning.
    • All stainless steel shortening preheating unit- The preheating Shortening (up to 200°C)can make frying more stable and uniform than traditional fryer made.
    • On-line shortening circulating filtration- Continuously remove debris from fryer to maintain constant frying quality.
    • Final Shortening filtration storage unit- Shortening used will be treated with this micro-rated filter between each shift,keep shortening in a stable off-line condition.
    • Shortening storage tank with unique design- Eliminate shortening from acidifying & Oxidation.
    • Storage Tank with Conveyer (SP-6), Shortening Vibrating dripper (SP-8) are optional units and not included but are available for separate order.
