• Ultrasonic Device: Provided with Japanese NTK rotor, electronic automatic loop control, automatic frequency detect, overland protection, stable oscillation, STP circuit protection device, easy for maintenance, high output, long service lift.
• Lifting Device: Driven by program controlled servo-motor, easy for operation, high precision control.
• Protection Circuit: Overload automatic protection system to avoid ultrasonic troubles. Provided with maintenance-free circuit, in case of any failure, it will be indicated in the LED, easy for maintenance, just need to replace the fuse.
• Working Height: Standard height 800 mm, other dimension available upon request.

• Operation Instructions: Put the top cover and the middle section fan on the botton die manually, press both of the START bottons. The machine moves downward to make welding as preset and the welding horn will move down the required height as preset. Wait for further cycle of putting the middle section fan on the botton die for welding. After completion of welding the pre-set fan sections, the fans will be ejected automatically and the welding horn will return back to the original zero position.
