- Explain:
- Single heater model:This type machines fit the sheet thickness under 1mm.
- The S-13A, S-15A max. could used up to 4mm. But it is not economic to used this type of machine.
- Double heater model: This type machine could turn off one heater. This type of machine fit more big range of the material thickness. It fit to use from 0.1~4mm thickness sheet.
- Double heater with preheating type:
- This machine is not including the punching in line. It is only heating and forming at the same time. That machine have a preheating oven.Thistype machine have a better speed cause the machine action the heating and forming action at the same time.
- Thickness for each type of machine.
- S-13, S-15, S-13A, S-13E, S-15A:
- It fit for thickness under 1mm for mass produce.
- S-13B, S-13C, S-13CS:
- It fit for thickness under 4mm for mass produce.
- SD-16, SD-17, SD-18:
- It fit for roll sheet which able to broken by chain for mass produce.

- PC under 1.2mm thickness also fit on this machine.
- S-13B, S-13C, S-13CS: PSP SHEET.

- PVC, HIPS, PS, ABS, APET, GPET, PP, PE, PSP....etc. sheet in rolls foam. The same machine may limited some range of material in forming.
- Operator Training:
- Training your operator for operation, maintenance, mould making.
- We will offer lunch/dinner free of charge during training time.
- Automatic situation and funtion:
- S-13, S-13B and S-15 need manual to load the material and manual to take out the production.
- S-13A, S-13C, S-13E, S-15A, SD-16, SD-17 and SD-18 could automatic to lead the material and automtic to take the full sheet of production from the forming area.
- S-13, S-13E, |S-15 have the Skin packing funtion inclduing.
- All the machine are able to used roll sheet.
