Compact, quick start and ultra high safety are the characteristics of HES Series once-through boilers. This brings to users great convenience, energy saving and ease of use for wide variety of applications.
The 3-pass HES body consists of a specially designed tube layout, which enable the hot gas to flow evenly in each tube passes and further avoid heat concentration in certain areas. Although the boilers are small in capacity, the high efficiency combustion system is suitable for firing with heavy oil and the direct electrode ignition no longer needs additional pilot gas. This significantly saves fuel cost and operation cost for user.
The HES boilers are fully automatic with automatic level control system, automatic blow down system and combustion management system. All boilers are equipped with multiple fail-safe devices including safety valves, overheat switches, low water cut-off, anti-dripping oil guns, pressure regulators and more.
The HES boilers are available in steam boilers and hot water boilers.
