Automatic Horizontal Baling Press
Horizontal baling press is a recycling machine for compressing waste papers into compact bales. The baling press reduces the volume of your waste piles, that means you save valuable space that the bulky packaging materials take up on-site. The application includes wholesale, manufacturers, logistics, central storages, paper industry, printing plants and disposal companies, paper manufacture. And the baling press is suitable for the following material: scrap paper, cardboard , carton box, corrugated paper, plastic films and much more.
TB-101180 baling press has 10~12 tons per hour capacity, constituted by 40HP (30KW) motor*2, 250mm Ram, and 100tons pressing force. It can compress carton box, corrugated paper, magazines,newspaper, cardboard….etc. The baling press machine used hydraulic power to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales that make the operators easily to transport and stack.
We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose a way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor, excavator or manual.
The main feature of TB-101180 is it’s a scrap baler with initiative Twin -cylinder and Trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Furthermore, we fabricate the recycling machine with rigid body to enhance its durability
