Automatic Horizontal Baling Press
TB-101160 automatic baling press is constituted by 60HP(45KW) motor, 250mm Ram,100-ton pressing force, and the capacity is 8~10 tons per hour. There are variety of waste material can be fed including carton box, corrugated paper, magazines, cardboard. The main feature of the paper baler is it’s a scrap baler with initiative Twin -cylinder and Trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Furthermore, we fabricated the recycling machine with rigid body to enhance its durability. It has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales.
TB-101160 waste baler is preferable for large recycling plants ,printer, recycling collector and paper manufacturers….etc.
Techgene Machinery had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose a way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor, excavator or manual.
