Automatic Horizontal Baling Press (TB-070820)
TB-070820 is constructed by 20HP(15KW)motor*1 and 150mm ram cylinder, with 37 tons press force and 3tons per hour capacity. It can be fed with shredded or trimmed paper, plastic films...etc. TB-070820 is preferable for all the recycling collectors and variety paper makers, especially for the smaller plant and lower capacity demand. The baling machine is applied with PLC and operator interface touch screen , easy to operate and trouble shooting. Those waste materials will be pressed and tied to be paper bales after they were conveying through Air Cyclone or cyclone. It’s very easy to be stacked or transporting to paper mills.
We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose the way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual. Furthermore, all of the TB-0708 series have the initiative Twin -cylinder and Trouble-free isolated twisters which can tie the bale automatically.
