Automatic Horizontal Baling Press
TB-091160 is a Horizontal baling press which is suitable for the recycling collector and paper manufacturer, especially for those with large space and high outputting demand. The recycling machine is very popular for recycling industry with collect cardboard, newspaper, magazine or trimmed paper, carton box.
This paper baler was constituted by 60HP(45KW) motor*1, 225mm Ram,80-ton pressing force, and the capacity is 8~10tons per hour, the operation and monitoring function are controlled through a programmable logic controller(PLC).
There are many kinds of waste materials can be fed including carton box, corrugated paper, magazines, cardboard….etc.
To make the baling process more efficiency, it can equip with the automatic ruffler which can separate the pile of news paper or magazines into the tightly bale.
TB-091160 Horizontal scrap baler can be customized with different demands, the position of operation panel and sharp of hopper can be modified to satisfy the real demand of customer and can make the bale size to be 1050mm wide * 750mm height* (Variable Length) according to customer’s requirement.
