Modern tool rest & oil tank:
Modern tool rest for arrangement by specifications, easy to put or take hex. Wrench, vernier caliper or micrometer caliper, etc.
Breakthrough oil tank for easy cleaning work-piece chips, cooling oil is recycled to oil tank quickly. This type of oil tank tends not to be blocked by work-piece chips.
3-Tire separate type oil tank:
Larger oil capacity, cooling oil tends not to get high temperature for longer durability of cutting tools.
2-Tire chip filting box is mode of fine steel net, high performance for chip filting.
Easy & convenient to replace cooling oil or clean work-piece chips.
Main shaft & tool rack:
The main spindle is made by special steel which heat treated by carbon penetrated and ground precisely. This machine be installed five sets tools and fine adjusted screws making work-piece up to high accuracy. Sliding table adopts high grade ductile cast iron and sliding surface be heat treated by high frequency & grinded precisely also.
Two shaft device:
The installation adopts magnetic clutch, driving tapping main shaft, using gyration difference of the main shaft for same direction and high speed gyration to make tap processing, two shaft can be shaked and exchanged working, reams, drills deep hole taps the teeth inside & outside and can be completed simultaneously.
