Automatic Decrater, Unloading Equipment
Features
The machine adopts horizontal moved rocker. Bottle gripper is dived by master driver via two
motors to drive rocker steadily to reduces swing of gripping device and locate exactly. Which improves the performance of decrater.
Basic equipments:
1 Bottle infeed:
Driver and gearbox are imparted.
2 Gripping device:
Air charge and air discharge are controlled by Siemens S7 series inside race of gripper is made of nonabrasive special materials with good elasticity.
3 Bottle infeed table and cases indeed conveyor make use of “HuangShan” stainless steel flat-top chains.
4 lateral plate, supporting, supporter legs, and railing are made of stainless steel
5 Operation system adopts operation panel
We provide the package production line according to customer existing line, on site equipment overhaul and maintenance. provide efficient and durable spare parts. we also provide technical training for operation staff, the training will includes: On site training: during assembly and start-up or at other time as required.
