Palletizing Machines,stacking machine
WSD-MD series Palletizer is suitablefor cardtons, plastic cases and film-wrapped packs. Machine includes carton infeed, Pusher Area, Vehicle, Pallet conveyer. It can improve the stability by choosing spacer. All working modules are designed for different Palletizer demanded, capacity range from:24000-40000BPH.
1. Finished cases infeed from the conveyor which conveys them to pusher area, then pusher pushes the cases to conveyor board.
2.If cases need be rotated 90°,the case rotaion device rotates them 90°when they reach roller conveyor linen.
Simens/Mistubishi PLC, Festo/normal Pneumatic unit, Sew/normal Motor are optional upon customer request.
3.Pusher pushes the cases to conveyor board via autocontrol photoelectric sensor and counter . The cases is layed orderly in one layer, then they are conveyed to the pallet.
4.The palletizing magazine which stores pallets(tray) can transfer pallets to palletizing station, it goes to palletizing station along with full pallet affer the full pallet is discharged from the conveyor . This machine runs with higter speed, there are two full pallet storage stations on the conveyor.
