WA-151 & WA-150 take armature into the fixed chuck, then, pull the wire from two flyers simultaneously to the cutter fixed seat. And push start button. The wire fixed by the cutter fixed seat and start to - fixing - hooking - winding - rotating until completion.
Operator take the armature to put on the cutter fixed seat and put another armature into the chuck than push START button.
(1).CNC controller (2 sets of 1KW servo motor for winding axis, 1 set 400W for index axis.

WA-152
Equipped with the servo motor, auto-cutter and electric powder break via CNC controller with interface monitor for complete winding of armature of hook type commutator.
WA-154 is control by PLC through the Servo motor rotating, fix position, hooking and winding. It is fully automatic cutting and suit for general armature-hooked commutator.
The operator just put the armature on to the fix chuck, then push START button, Machine works fully automatic until completion No need to cut the wire by operator. Machine equipped with auto adjustable cutter, clip wire function.
