This machine is a device used to execute spot welding and fusing for the Wire of Commutator hook in the Armature.

This is fully automatic load the armature into the conveyor to working area.

Machine starts to loading → fixed position → double head fusing → index → completion.

Equipped with robot, conveyor, cooling system and programmable current controller via PLC controller for simultaneous two head fusing slot and hook type commutator.

• High efficiency, stably and suitable for mass productsion.
• Easy operation with colorful touch panel.
• Self-monitoring system and abnormal display.
• Setting voltage, electric current by micro computer for making quantity stably.
• Counter and welding electrode can be setting for change electrode when machine alarm.
• It can be control and keep temperature range by cooling unit. If temperature reach imit, it will automatically stoop rotation.
• Double fusing is increased efficiency.
• Welding and testing NG armature automatically move to NG area.
