Features:

• Main Spindle: The main spindle is made of special steel through high frequency heat treatment and precision grinding. It supported with two precision ball bearing and will maintain the high precision performance for long period operation. Lubricating system can supplies super lubricant automatically to reduce the rotating abrasion and extend the service life.
• Radial Cutters and Slides: The number of tools employed is five, which are arranged radially with their edges directed toward the spindle and slide individually. The sliding tables is made of high strength cast iron and the surface which through high frequency heat treatment and precision grinding. The position of these tools can be fineadjusted by means of their respective fineadjusted screws (0.005m/m per division) and consequently tool setting can be carried out properly and in a short time. Every tool holder is designed and constructed robust enough to stand machining, chamfering, rolling, slotting, cutting off, and other operations.
• Stopper: the stopper located to the fore of the spindle, is designed to be automatically swung or moved back and forth at the time of stopping, centering and drilling the work. (The maximum drill depth is 16 m/m.)
• Double-Spindle Device: One of the two spindles is used principally in drilling, while the other in thread cutting. Both spindle, however, are designed to be usable either of drilling or threading. In thread cutting, the electromagnetic clutch is operated by means of the micro switch. When the cutting of the desired number of teeth has been completed, the electromagnetic brake is operated to stop the mechanism.
• Cam and Camshaft: The cam axis transmits the power from the main power motor to the belt pulley. It turns by clockwise. The plate cam is used for the cutting of the outer surface of a work, while the bell cam, for the longitudinal feed of a work. The camshaft provides 15 speeds for each spindle speed. The camshaft is composed of two members coupled at the center bearing, so that cams can be installed and removed easily.
• Feeder: This device is fed forward by virtue of a weight. At the end of the work, the limit switch is operated to actuate the automatic stopper, by which the motor is stopped. At this time, the lamp is light on to indicate the finish of the work.
