This tool turret system is featured with bidirectional shortcut and non-stop tool selection. Fast and accurate turret index is accomplished in only 0.1 ~ 0.2 seconds/1 station.
• Removable Chip Tank And Coolant Tank: A user-friendly concept has been excellent exercised at facilitating chip tank and coolant tank to be removed easily from the lathe during operation.
• Delicated Protection Framework For Finished Parts With Robot Arm: The simultaneous automatic transfer framework offers complete process for work piece loading and unloading. The custom design system and robot arm delicately protect finished parts from damage during operation.
• Stable, High-Speed Spindle: The high precision spindle is supported by a symmetrical headstock structure to prevent from thermal distortion. Furthermore, with the high rigidity during high-speed operation provided by three precise bearings framework, the spindle makes itself ideal for both heavy and precise cutting.
