• Main Spindle
• Supported by three points of precision bearings, main spindle can robust its own high rigidity. Therefore, the machine can minimize the tolerance of tooled workpiece due to overheat and optimize its high precision performance accordingly. In application, this machine is suitable for either processing high-speed precision tooling or doing low-speed heavy cutting tooling.
• Cutting Tank and Coolant Tank
• A user-friendly concept has been excellent exercised at facilitaing chip tank and coolant tank to be cleaned and removed easily from the lathe during operation.
• Tooling System
• Both lateral and front-face milling bases are equipped in this machine. Together with the angular cutting functionality of C-shaft, they are capable to do multi-angular milling and off-center tooling.
• Power Turret
• The turret can rotate and position either in forward direction or in reverse direction to facilitate user to quickly access the cutting tool. Therefore, this machine can easily shorten the tooling time and maximize the production efficiency.
• N/C controller
• As to numerical controller, the machine applys the humanized N/C system, Fanuc 0i Tc controller, to do edge tooling and polar-coordinate machining.
