| 1973 | Established under the name WULI Industrial Association, the company began manufacturing power sprayers. |
| 1981 | Renamed WULI Agriculture Machine Co. Ltd., began exporting abroad. |
| 1985 | Developed patents for auto-pressure release control power sprayers and non-grease power sprayers. Began co-developing products with Kioritz Co. of Japan. |
| 1988 | Manufactured and globally distributed micro-spraying and irrigation products. |
| 1991 | Produced industrial high-pressure cleaner power sprayers with ceramic pistons and plungers for the Japanese market. |
| 1995 | Increased pressure cleaner product line. |
| 1998 | Awarded the Prize of Small & Medium Enterprise Innovative Research by the Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Obtained ISO 9002 certification. |
| 1999 | Obtained ISO 9001 certification |
| 2003 | Established Wuli "Suzhou" Agricultural & Forest Technology Co. |
| 2005 | Developed fogging system to provide customers with a complete range of misting solutions. |
| 2006 | Obtained CE certification for misting products. |
| 2007 | Awarded the Prize of Small & Medium Enterprise Innovative Research by the Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Developed new misting pipeline system. Launched DIY products for misting markets. |
| 2008 | Obtained UL and PSE certification for misting system. Won the Silver Medal by Ministry of Economic Affairs in the renovation of pressure releasing device for misting system. |
