Piston Filler
This piston filler is a Volumetric fillers, which is usually used for filling the high viscous products, such as: fat and oil, dry and soft chromium, toothpaste and others. The materials can be feed and discharged by means of piston. The product will be sent to fill up, and the basic component of the fill-up portion is a movable controlling valve that is composed of valve cape, piston and fill-up tube. When filling up circularly, the piston shall be backward from front piston and lead the movable controlling valve into cylinder, when the piston return to the end, the movable controlling valve will turn to the discharge position, then the piston goes forward, the product will be discharged to the container by fill-up tube.
