Introduction
Flat expander roll uses the flexibility of special rubber strip of the level roller to maintain uniform expansion of the material during processing.

- Freeness of adjusting the spread amount of elongation.
- Uniform expansion, avoid over expand at middle portion resulting in material distortion or loosen.
- No bent, reduce serpentine travel effect.
- The rubber strip contain anti-static composition(E.P.T).
- With scale for the angle of spread amount adjustment, allow even adjustment of both sides angle.
- Easy maintenance, replace parts by yourself.
