VPV-F (W) dry cleaning is a device combining advantages of high pressure vibrating air shear, vacuum suction device and HEPA filtering system to create a high performance cleaning functions. It is capable of removing dust micro-particles or larger and the removing rate can be as high as 90%.
Principle:
VPV-F (W) dry cleaning Non-Contact cleaning system is applying air vibration to remove the dropping particle in the atmosphere and vacuum principle is applied to suck and remove dust particles. Design of cleaning head is a single air vibrating nozzle and 2 vacuum suction ports for removing airborne particles. Ordinary material generates boundary layer due to air resistance coefficient due to the movement. At this particular point, the high pressure air vibrating nozzle is utilized to destruct the boundary layer and scale off the dust particle under wind resistance coefficient for the suction port to suck out.
