AUTOMATIC BOTTLE UNCRAMBLER

Feature Quick and easy change of product specification, only 10 minutes is required. It is designed with a speed micro-adjusting function, so production speed can be adjusted according to the production demand. it is a high speed model that can handle 12000~15000 bottles per hour. After sorted by the lining-up cylinder, bottles are delivered to the turning disk to be properly orientated to a certain direction so that bottles are steadily and uniformly moved into a line, one behind the other. There are two corresponding lining-up belts each equipped on the front and rear of the machine for effective bottle lining up. The belt surface is coated a layer of elastic material to protect the bottles against damage. A set of vacuum device is mounted at the lining-up exit conveyor to make bottles which are of higher center of gravity or easily falling down stand on the production line steadily and firmly.
