Auto Ink Marking Machine
SCMK-1 is driven by CAM system, the motion is accurate and stable, the main ink supply system is dish type. Dish type structure is very simple and reliable, all the related parts have been accessed by hardening process. The alphabet mold seat is easy to replace, so it can reduce the change time; the angle of model seat could modified easily. There are two kinds of model seat; one is stick type, another is draw type. SCMK-1 (Function competely in operation) and the control system is reliable. In summary, SCMK-1 has a great functionality for operation.A set of marking pad is attached with SCMK-1. Be a compensation because of rough surface on material. The pad not only be alignment of XY Axis within ±5mm adjusted but also horizontal, too. SCMK-1 is suitable for the off-line mode, it is belong to economic machine.
