Honeycomb Ceramics

The Honeycomb Ceramics are formed by extruding the ceramic material to become linely divided individual passageways (channels) called cells. The materials is then sintered to for an extremely strong honeycomb structure. It is purposed designed as substrate and support for metal filtration, catalytic converter, diesel filter, & heat exchanger etc. for environment industries. In demand, the passageways can reach 400 cells/in2. Strict quality control of the extrusion and sintering process are extremely required.
